I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail that TruGreen has shown. They are eager to understand exactly what you want and then provide it, and they communicate promptly whenever the need arises.

I've had good experiences
I've had good experiences with services from TruGreen thus far. I paid for the year in advance, and have had more than 6 visits from them in total for various services.

The reason
The reason I am giving a 5 star rating is because of my service tech Anthony Sproles. He is very professional knowledgeable and always so helpful. He explains everything he's done what I should do in between treatments and we've worked very successfully and building my lawn back over the last approximately year and a half. We are very thankful to have such a great lawn tech.

We LOVE
We LOVE that we never have to worry about our lawn and it looks great year-round! We will always stay with TruGreen because we choose the number of treatments we want and they have not raised the price in years.

I am very pleased
I changed lawn care about 2 years ago. The other service was getting to expensive. Since changing service to Trugreen I found out how great the employees are. They are quite friendly and ready to serve you.They give a friendly call to let you know when they are scheduling your next call. My lawn has looked so good. I am very pleased with the service.

Tru Green
Tru Green has always done a fabulous job taking care of my lawn. They not only know when but where to apply their chemicals in different amounts in my lawn. I had a few problem areas that they fixed easily by applying a little more of this and that. I have a beautiful lawn that has no weeds and is thick and green all season long.

My lawn was in pretty
My lawn was in pretty bad shape and with the help of Trugreen it looks much better, still not perfect but much better. Overall the service is good and their warranty (if you are not satisfied they'll go back again the times are necessary with no cost is a great warranty). Areas of improvement are: 1) their webpage, it is not user-friendly and 2) The call to let you know they are servicing your yard - if you have many services hired you never know what they are doing next and the call has no options to reschedule or cancel or anything like that.

I get constant comments that the yard has never looked better. As a new home owner the simplicity and service of trustees has been great making it one thing I don’t have to fuss with to know it’s taken care of.

Allways comes when they say they will. Courteous, and you don’t have to be there, will receive an itemized statement of what was done. To my Lawn. Seems as though I don’t have to worry about anything. With them there.
